CEO, owner
Ivan founded Creative Construction in 2018 after years of experience in business and construction across Europe. Growing up in Europe, he developed a strong foundation of discipline, craftsmanship, and attention to detail that he brings into every project today. With a background in economics from a Ukrainian university, Ivan combines practical building knowledge with a thoughtful and organized approach to every job. He is a dedicated family man, married with five children, and believes in building not just homes, but lasting relationships with his clients. Ivan is an active member of his Christian church community and is passionate about serving others, both through his work and in everyday life. His faith and values guide the way he does business — with honesty, respect, and integrity..
Nataliia Balko
SEO, co owner
Natalia manages Creative Construction’s online presence, including SEO, website content, social media marketing, and project photography for the company’s website, Facebook, and Instagram pages. She helps showcase each renovation project while maintaining strong communication with clients and supporting the company’s continued growth. Outside of work, Natalia is a devoted wife and loving mother of five. Her strong faith, dedication to family, and active involvement in church are a big part of who she is and the values she brings to both life and business.
Alex Feyer
Jobsite manager
Alex oversees daily jobsite operations, coordinating projects from start to finish to ensure quality workmanship, efficiency, and clear communication with homeowners. He works closely with crews, subcontractors, and clients to keep every project organized, on schedule, and built to the highest standards. Known for his strong work ethic, leadership, and attention to detail, Alex helps create a smooth remodeling experience while maintaining the professional quality Creative Construction is known for. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and loving father who values family, integrity, and building strong relationships both on and off the jobsite.
